What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use a quote form or the roof cost calculator, that can include your name, phone number, email address, the town or address of the building, the type of building, the service you need, your message, and the estimate the calculator produced.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To answer your request, call or email you back, and schedule a roof assessment or quote.
- To pass your request to the roofing contractor who handles that work in your area (see below).
- To keep the site working, secure and free of spam.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Local roofing contractors. Requests sent through this site may be handled by, or passed to, an independent roofing contractor serving your area so they can contact you about your project. They may only use your information to respond to your request.
Service providers. Form submissions are sent securely to Haus Solutions (haussolutions.co), and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data only to provide their service.
When required. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to respond to them and for normal business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. To do that, use our contact form. You can also simply not use the forms and call instead.
Children
This site is for homeowners, property owners and managers. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page with a new effective date.
