TPO Roof Repair in Pittsburgh, PA
A TPO roof that leaks usually has one of a handful of problems. A seam weld that was made too cold never fully fused and is now peeling open. A corner or curb flashing has cracked. HVAC service traffic has punctured the field. Or a storm has torn an edge loose. TPO is repaired by heat-welding new membrane to the old, and that only works on membrane that has been cleaned the right way. Older, weathered TPO can need a special cleaner before it will take a weld at all. We trace the leak, show you the photo, and weld the repair, then probe the seams around it while we are there. If a roof is under a manufacturer warranty, tell us first.

Move belongings away from the drip, shut off power to any wet light fixture, and stay off the roof in a storm or on ice. Then request service: an active leak can usually be dried in until the permanent repair.
